3. The Pin is a random number which you can get from Jean Jones; she has a list of all pin numbers.
4. Once you get to your page, click create an absence and enter the information requested and click Save. You will receive a confirmation number which you should record.
5. You can also set up an absence via the phone by calling 1-800-942-3767, and following the prompts.
