Spring Creek students participate in Green Ribbon Safety Awareness Week-You may have noticed all of the green ribbons around the school and grounds during the week of September 24-28. They were displayed to remind students to be safe in all their activities, here at school and elsewhere. |

Students were asked to promise to: 1. Buckle up in vehicles. 2. Wear a helmet while riding a bike or scooter. 3. Walk on sidewalks, use crosswalks, and always walk with a friend. 4. Stop, look and listen before crossing the street, especially in the school parking lot. 5. Have a home emergency plan. 6. Respect others, report bullies, and always do the right thing. Students were also asked to promise to never: 1. Talk to strangers. 2. Touch a gun. 3. Bully, threaten or hurt anyone. |
